Calling The Credit Card Company
After I had gotten off of the phone with my aunt, I took her advice and called my credit card company. The lady on the phone was really nice. I explained my situation with my card and told her that I was asking the store how could I reclaim credit card charges back to my card and they told me that it could take up to 30 days. She told me that it normally doesn’t take to long and gave me instructions to go to my bank where I signed up for the card so I could file a claim for the charge.
